Additionally, In the Spirit of '76 ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise you order on this website passes to you when we deliver the merchandise to the shipping carrier. Sales Tax

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within ten (10) days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges.
